An introduction to nutrition and digestion, providing the framework to understand the foundations of nutrition. Learn the What, How, and Why of basic healthy eating with tips on: shopping healthier for more nutrient dense meals, using food for even mood and energy levels, optimizing hydration, and discovering the ideal macronutrient ratios for your unique body.
Fine-Tune Your Health – Starting at $265, see options below
Personalized nutritional guidance based on results and information gathered from the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), Food and Mood Journal, and Initial Interview. This will establish baseline information to reference at intervals to track goals and progress, such as reduction of symptoms. This is a well-rounded approach for individuals who want to have the guidance, input, and support of a Nutritional Therapist throughout their individual journey to excellent health and nutrition.
Fine-Tune Your Health | $265
One initial visit plus one follow-up with intake, assessment, and evaluation of the following: Initial Interview, Food and Mood Journal, and Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)
Fine-Tune Your Health Follow Up | $115
Follow up NAQ evaluation 3 to 6 months after initial NAQ to track progress, goals, and reduction of symptoms with one comprehensive follow up appointment

Maintenance appointments keep you on target with your established goals, help you recognize and set new ones, and keep you on track as you continue using what you’ve learned in Nutritional Therapy to make your lifestyle the healthiest possible.
Documents we use to “Fine-Tune Your Health”:
Initial Interview: This is an intake form that gathers general health and personal information as well as sleeping habits, activity levels, and specific health concerns.
Food and Mood Journal: This document keeps track of your eating habits for three days to give your Nutritional Therapist a general idea of when and what you’re eating. All foods, beverages, and supplements/vitamins that are taken will be documented in the provided forms.
Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ): The NAQ is a unique document comprised of 321 questions that evaluate symptoms of nutritional deficiencies that may be present in the body. The function of the following will be evaluated: Upper GI, Liver and Gallbladder, Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Mineral Needs, Fatty Acids, Sugar Handling, Vitamin Needs, Endocrine System, Cardiovascular, Kidney and Bladder, and the Immune System.
